Shipping & Returns

We prepare every order by hand and with the utmost care; each piece travels in its box, ready to gift. Orders placed before 3:00 pm are usually prepared and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm, on weekends or on public holidays are prepared and dispatched the next business day. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Barcelona.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times are approximate and depend on the courier.

European Union I includes Germany, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, the United Kingdom and Sweden.
European Union II includes Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Poland, the Czech Republic and Romania.

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and destinations outside the European Union may be subject to duties, IGIC/IPSI or other customs charges. These amounts are not included in the order price and are payable by the customer, in accordance with the regulations of the destination territory.

If you would like to make a return, you have 30 days from receipt to do so. Write to us at clientes@pertegazjoyas.com and we will guide you through the process. The item must be returned unused and in perfect condition, with its box. To complete the return, simply send us the parcel to our warehouse using the courier of your choice; the cost of this shipment is covered by the customer. Once we receive and inspect it, we will refund the amount of the products within a maximum of 14 days, to the same payment method. The original order’s shipping costs are non-refundable.
